The middle students at Hinkletown Mennonite School, Ephrata, will bring the story of Stuart Little to stage on Friday, March 6 (Dinner Theater -- 5:30 pm; call 354-7100 for tickets), and Saturday, March 7 (2pm and 7pm -- tickets available at the door).
This wonderful drama, based on the book by E.B. White, will be enjoyed by audiences of all ages. The story follows the lively adventures of Stuart Little, a charming young mouse who is the member of a family in New York City. His adventures include encounters with both cats and dogs as well as children, and even find him serving as a substitute teacher at School Number 9 in New York City. Stuart’s small size does not limit his confidence, ability and spirit of adventure.
A dinner theater will be held on February 26, with dinner being served at 5:30 PM and the play following at 7:00 PM. The two performances on Saturday, February 27,will be held at 2:00 and 7:00 PM. Reservations are required for the Friday dinner theater. Tickets for Saturday performances are available at the door. For details and reservations, readers may call 354-7100.
