Thank you to all who participated in the

2017 Business Networking Event

Thursday, April 20, 2017 - 6:45-9:00 am

Sight & Sound Theatres, 300 Hartman Bridge Road, Ronks, PA

We enjoyed a meaningful time of learning & networking with the Lancaster County business community on the stage at what Lancaster Newspapers has called, "the largest faith-based live theater in America."

HMS's 2017 Business Leadership Networking Breakfast included a lively and candid conversation with Sight & Sound executives Matt Neff & Tony Smith about generational leadership transitions in organizations, the necessity, challenges, and benefits of strategic succession planning, and how Sight & Sound has grown to two internationally-astute locations in the US serving guests from around the world. Roger North, founder of the North Group Consultants moderated the morning, including a question & answer time with the audience. Special "behind the scenes" tours of the theatre followed the formal program and allowed breakfast guests to get a glimpse into the complexities, challenges and successes of producing productions on the 22,000-sq. ft stage.
