Special Giving Project - Curtain Call! Project ($9,000 Goal)

  • Each year at the Auction, a special giving project is chosen that highlights a tangible need for our school program and students.  This gives the opportunity for individuals who would like to support HMS to do so without purchasing an item to take home with them.
  • Each year our gymnasium gathers our school community for the middle school drama, school assemblies, weekly chapels, PTF movie nights, Back tto School Night Academic Fair, Fine Arts Night, Graduation and much more. Over the years our sound systems and stage equipment has diminished to only two working microphones and one functional mic stand. Our sound board is in need of repair and some basic light capabilities would enable us to use projection more effectively. Our student worship teams could also use some equipment to better hear one another while leading and sining and learning to play as a group.
  • Finally we need to replace our decades old stage curtains with gently used or new ones. Our previous curtains were salvaged from curtains discarded by Fulton Theatre over 20 years ago.
  • Project Goal = $9,000
  • You can donate to this project directly at the Special Giving Project stand at the auction, by adding a donation to your auction bill at check-out, or by sending your contribution directly to the school marked for the Special Giving Project.
