Hinkletown Mennonite School Annual Benefit Auction

Friday, October 10 & Saturday, October 11, 2014  

Held Rain or Shine
Our annual benefit auction is held on Columbus Day weekend in October.  It is a time for community building as we work together for the benefit of the school and also a time for lots of great food and fellowship.

Items will be auctioned on both Friday, October 10 from 7:00-8:30 pm & Saturday, October 11 beginning at 9 am. 

Bidders registration will be open Friday, 6:30-8:00 p.m. and Saturday beginning at 8:00 am.

Special Giving Project - Project information unveiled October 1! 

  • Each year at the Auction, a special giving project is chosen that highlights a tangible need for our school program and students.  

  • Last year, donations enabled us to fund technology improvements in our classrooms - strengthen our integration of technology use in the learning process so that we can facilitate more student-centered learning, can teach skills in using 21st centure educational tools, and so we can encourage connections to our global community within a safe learning environment  LCD projecters are now mounted or available in every classroom and teachers are using iPads as part of their instruction! 

  • 2014 Goal:   

  • You can donate to this project directly at the Special Giving Project stand at the auction, by adding a donation to your auction bill at check-out, or by sending your contribution directly to the school marked for the 2014 Special Giving Project.  

  • Thank you in advance for helping to promote this important initiate and auction giving project!
