Special Giving Project - Athletic Field Improvements  - Goal $10,000

  • Each year at the Auction, a special giving project is chosen that highlights a tangible need for our school program and students.
  • This year we have been privileged to have some companies within our patron body agree to help us repave our parking lot and excavate and enlarge our soccer field. The plans also improve the drainage on our property and are a wonderful upgrade to our facilities!
  • The 2015 Special Giving Project will furnish this newly excavated area, we would like to purchase items that offer hospitality to guests and spectators, help keep the field neat and attractive, and make its use flexible for all kinds of community events such as gym classes, summer camps, field days as well as our sporting events.
  • 2015 Goal:   $10,000 for Athletic Field Improvements
    • portable soccer goals - $3,000
    • aluminum bleachers - $1,500
    • fencing - $5,000
    • large tree transplants - $500
  • You can donate to this project directly at the Special Giving Project stand at the auction, by adding a donation to your auction bill at check-out, or by sending your contribution directly to the school marked for the 2015 Special Giving Project.
